Freddie came to our rescue when the ceiling of my closet was leaking from the apartment upstairs. He convinced us to open both the ceiling and flooring to dry them out and sanitize them. We saw water penetrating through the walls when he did so. After drying and sanitizing, they closed all the openings and did all the construction work themselves and my closet looks just like before the leakage. He guided us through the insurance process as well!
